What forms of payment does Burnincastle accept?
We use Square for payment and the following cards are supported: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB.
How long does it take to process my order?
Usually 1-2 business days. After payment clears, orders are processed the same or the next business day. Bank Transfers can take 1-2 business days to clear and your order can only be processed after the payment has been confirmed.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
The Standard shipping time for in-stock items is 3-12 business days, and the Express shipping time is 1-5 business days.
How do shipping costs get calculated?
Regardless of the item you buy, shipping costs are fixed, details can be found on our Shipping Policy page.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the continental United States and do not support international orders at this time.
